Human by nature. Head of Shared Services HR - Your future role? As the Head of Shared Services HR, you will drive the HR agenda for Shared Services Functions (GBS, Procurement & Sustainability, Finance and IT, Legal, Corporate functions) by aligning global HR strategies with functional business needs, ensuring an agile, high-performing, and future-ready workforce. You will provide strategic HR leadership across talent management, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and workforce planning. You will partner with business leaders, global HR COEs, and key stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives drive organizational growth, culture transformation, and employee experience excellence. You will oversee HR Directors (within GBS) and HR Business Partners, ensuring the effective execution of HR strategy within the respective functions and driving large-scale HR transformation, digitalization, and change management initiatives. You will be based in Vernier, Switzerland and will report directly to the Head of Global HR and EH&S. Your main responsibilities will be: HR Strategy & Implementation Develop and execute functional HR roadmaps aligned with global priorities and business objectives Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders (EC members), ensuring HR delivers impact on business transformation, workforce optimization, and talent strategies Partner with HR GBS and HR COEs to translate organizational strategy into HR initiatives, focusing on workforce agility, digital adoption, and future-ready skills Implement workforce agility frameworks, including skills-based talent models, hybrid workforce strategies, and career mobility initiatives Talent Management, Workforce Planning & Succession Strategy Develop and execute a talent acquisition roadmap tailored to the functions, collaborating with leaders to identify future skill needs and support evolving workforce priorities Ensure the identification and development of high-potential employees, creating clear succession and leadership pathways Champion talent assessment tools to enhance bias-free hiring, internal mobility, and career development Oversee the design and implementation of learning and development programs, fostering a culture of continuous upskilling and professional growth AI-Driven Data Management & HR Operations Leverage HR analytics, predictive modelling, and AI tools to drive workforce planning, talent reviews, retention, and employee engagement strategies Drive HR policy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with evolving labour trends and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategies Special Projects & Change Management Lead strategic HR projects at a global & functional level, ensuring HR policies, digital transformation initiatives, and talent strategies align with business needs Manage complex multi-disciplinary projects such as M&A integrations, workforce restructuring, and digital HR innovation Serve as a change leader, implementing frameworks for organizational transformation, leadership alignment, and new ways of working Compensation, Benefits & Mobility Work closely with Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility teams to ensure competitive total rewards for employees Oversee functional implementation of employee well-being programs, recognition frameworks, and total rewards strategies Ensure seamless HR support for expatriates, remote workers, and international talent mobility, collaborating with the International Mobility team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with HR Divisional Heads, ensuring a seamless connection between functional and divisional HR priorities Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing insights on people management, talent risks, and employee engagement strategies People Leadership & Capability Building Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing HR SS team, fostering leadership capability and HR excellence Drive a data-driven and digitally adept HR team, leveraging AI and automation for process improvements Promote collaborative learning and career development, ensuring HR professionals are equipped for evolving global workforce challenges Your professional profile includes: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field Additional certifications in HR Analytics, Change Management, or Digital HR Transformation is beneficial 10 - 12 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 7–10 years in HR Business Partnering or regional HR leadership roles Demonstrated expertise in talent management, workforce planning, change management, and HR digital transformation Fluency in English AI-driven HR analytics and predictive workforce planning Digital HR transformation and automation expertise Organizational leadership and change management Employee relations, compliance and legal acumen Collaboration & stakeholder management.
