Your team Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. To carry out Fund Administration duties for Pictet AM investment funds domiciled in several jurisdictions, as well as overseeing activities that have been delegated to third party service providers. Collaborate with external auditors and internal teams while also ensuring that the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to Pictet AM investment funds are complied with. Your role Supervising the NAV calculation process and ensuring high quality oversight of fund accounting. Coordinating mid-year and fiscal-year closings which entails overseeing the preparation of the financial reports as well as the yearly audit of the funds. Reviewing fund‑related regulatory announcements and monitoring compliance with Swiss tax and regulatory obligations. Overseeing the pricing of funds’ underlying investments, participating to the valuation committee and ensuring pricing is correctly implemented by fund accountants Participating in projects and initiatives related to the funds, contributing your accounting and fund administration expertise to project teams. Resolving issues and providing support to Investment teams, Sales group and clients. Monitoring internal procedures and controls and proactively propose enhancements. Driving automation and process simplification across oversight activities. Maintaining the fund database and working with IT teams to ensure data quality. Your profile University degree in Finance or an equivalent educational background. A post-graduate degree such as a CFPI or CFA is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in audit or fund accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting practices, financial markets, and investment management industry standards. Good knowledge of the legal, regulatory and tax framework for Swiss based funds. Knowledge of ETFs is a plus. Experience with AI tools is required. Previous experience with VBA, SQL and Tableau is highly recommended. While hands-on experience is an advantage, a strong willingness to learn is equally appreciated. Excellent command of English and French; German is considered as an asset. Excellent work ethic and client service attitude. Must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate.
