Your team Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 220 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial service group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services. Corporate Functions employs more than 600 people with expertise in various areas that support the Group’s core business activities. These functions include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk, Strategy & Projects, and Tax departments. Based in Geneva, this position hierarchically reports to the Head of HR Wealth Management . Your role You will shape and execute the Pictet Wealth Management talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future needs, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and collaborating closely with them to understand their talent requirements and deliver innovative, tailored recruitment solutions. Your expertise will ensure the organisation attracts, engages and retains top talent while aligning with its strategic goals and values. Develop and implement innovative strategic resourcing plans to address hiring needs from short to long term and attract high-calibre candidates. Design and implement a resourcing strategy including a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices. Collaborate and build strong relationships with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce planning and align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives. Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of resourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Advise on market trends, talent availability and competitive hiring strategies. Promote the company’s values, culture and career opportunities through various channels. Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders on recruitment performance and market trends. Your profile A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (or equivalent). At least 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition and resourcing, with a strong emphasis on headhunting experience in wealth management, preferably in a strategic role within a headhunting firm or agency. Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent market trends and recruitment best practices. Ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation, and with external partners. Analytical mindset and strategic thinking. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative and team-oriented approach. High level of integrity and professionalism. Excellent command of French and English; German is an asset. Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
